When we checked in there were people standing outside having a party. When we got to the room my husband checked the bed and discovered bed bugs. We went to the lobby and told we were lying. he took the room card and told us he would check and if he found them he would refund our money. He refused to check that night and said he would check in the morning. We did get a refund though so there is an upside I guess

Only in worse emergency

Got the deposit required surprise upon arrival. 4 business days later no refund. Called the hotel and was told it was submitted and to call the bank. This oh well way of dealing with this issue needs to change. I was put in a room with an adjoining door...as a female alone this was not comfortable and did not lead to me resting well. Other than that it was clean and quiet.

Every time I returned to my room, someone had apparently smoked marijuana nearby. The room itself had clearly seen better days and is in desperate need of updating.

The property was dirty and completely unkept. The management was rude and completely unhelpful. I did not even stay the night, we just lost out the money we prepaid on the room.
