When we checked in there were people standing outside having a party. When we got to the room my husband checked the bed and discovered bed bugs. We went to the lobby and told we were lying. he took the room card and told us he would check and if he found them he would refund our money. He refused to check that night and said he would check in the morning. We did get a refund though so there is an upside I guess

You get what you pay for. I guess.
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was rude and uninformed. Sheets and towels need to be bleached or replaced. It was quiet and relatively convenient. Good AC and tv and shower was nice.

Didn't even stay the night. Got to the hotel and the room smelled like someone was actively smoking in it. For asthmatics, this was a no-go. Front desk let us check out 10 minutes after checking in but wouldn't refund the first night. Horrible experience past midnight after a long day of travel.

The bed was fine, the room was old, lots of unsightly paint, the bottom of the door was dirty, top of light shade and plugs on lamps were dirty, rusty. Towels were gray, sheets and towels smelled ok, but kinda old, when wet they were a darker gray. Property has bad potholes in parking area all over. Security light was hung with facade exposed, siding, roofing not secure. Small refrigerator in room was clean and nice but microwave was disgusting, either not cleaned well or badly stained. With microwaves being affordable the one we had should be replaced. The rooms look fine in pictures, like they are trying to upgrade, but when you get inside you see all the little issues. It was for just one night and I got a good internet rate, so we tolerated it.
