The only small complaint I would have is they didn't change the used towels, or empty the trash daily. I don't know if you had to specifically ask them for that.

Baseball Weekend
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsEasy and convenient hotel to stay while my son played baseball all weekend. We love Townplace as they are state of the art, very clean, convenient and laid out well. My only complaint was that our bed was just not comfortable! Nothing I can do about that tho. Overall the hotel is very nice and welcoming!

The room except for a tiny little mildew in the corner of the shower by the showerhead and the fan for the bathroom was loose and trying to hang an ankle that there was no issue I was able to check out being a travel nurse checked out at 1 PM One thing I really didn’t like is I did have my do not disturb sign on my door but housekeeping still tried to open my door in the morning around 830 which woke me up after only three hours sleep that’s when I called the front desk to see if I could check out a little bit later and housekeeping to Not disturb me

Breakfast was okay. Bed was not comfortable. Had issue with deadbolt in door. Last day had neighbor banging on walls in room at 6:30 in morning. Room was good.

Overall, a good experience - beds were comfortable but it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked.

Suggestions for improvement.
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HotelsWe had no trouble location the bedding for the sofa bed, but had to use pillows from the bed for it. Not a big enough deal to call the desk about, but a couple pillows in the closet would be nice
I never know if the used soaps will be recycled or not. A note in the bathroom saying so would be nice, and then I won't add the leftover soap to me luggage.
Because we had three people, we used the sofa bed. When it was extended, there wasn't a way to get to the far side of the bed to get in. I done know of better planning could solve this problem, but it's people don't like climbing over the bed to get into it.
