Bien situé pour être tôt le matin à la montagne pour débuter notre journée de ski. Déjeuner inclus est un atout, mais malheureusement, il n’y a pas d’offre de restauration à proximité pour le souper.

We stayed here before our hike to Dardanelles Lake. It was so convenient and Han was the best host!! If you are hiking from Big Meadow Trailhead this is definitely the place to stay!

Hospitality is #1

This place was awesome! The view, nature around you, secluded from the business of Lake Tahoe, cleanliness of the rooms and loved their outdoor tables and seating area. The host Han is amazing and his hospitality is beyond what I have ever experienced when staying at an Inn, hotel or motel. I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely come back!

Tuvimos la mejor experiencia que me imaginaría, los cuartos son hermosos y muy cómodos, además el servicio del personal es muy atento y nos ofrecieron comida para recibirnos y desayuno incluido. Quisiéramos regresar y estar ahí por más días.

There was no one at the hotel. Office closed, no one answered the phone and no cars in the parking lot. We had a reservation by the hotel was apparently closed.

I apologize for the inconvenience again.But when and where did you make your reservation at our inn?We couldn't find you in our inn's reservation status.The guests who made reservation at AIR BMB recently couldn't be found in our inn's reservation list.So that day, there were no reservation at our inn, and something came up suddenly, so we left the inn for a while. Noisy weird place

Room was clean but rundown: there was a hole in the middle of the floor - the whole large area was carpeted but it was like a tile 3 in deep was missing in one spot) - the weirdest thing. Ceiling light wasn’t working, we were told to use night stand lamp instead :> some neighbors decided to play techno music at 10 pm, the walls are paper thin; the proprietor didn’t do anything to stop it; luckily it stopped before 11 but the fact the front desk was non-cooperating will not make us come back. Bad management overall!

I apologize for the inconvenience that again.I remember that day.When you told me, I actively reviewed it.I checked with you right away, and as you know, it was already quiet at that time.I was outside investigating the situation for 30minutes that day.In our inn, we should have been careful because the guests who stayed on the lower floor are also important.And the problem on the guest room floor was not noticed when we were cleaning, so we are currently conducting a thorough inspection with everything we have.Thanks.HanWoodfords Inn

Han the hotel owner was amazing very friendly, the snacks available in the office were there all day, and there was so many.. there were some gluten free options too which is great since we have celiac

Great stay.. owner is very nice and helpful. Snacks in the lobby were great.
