Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Booked through Expedia, arrived at 3 AM to a room full of insect bombs and dead cockroaches. Was told it wasn’t the hotel’s fault because it was a private renter’s unit, and if I wanted a clean room, I had to pay more. Got kicked out by 10 AM anyway. Honestly, just a perfect way to start a trip. Thanks for the nightmare fuel.
