We didnt stay at hotel AC was not working . Shortage of staff unfortunately i can not give the true experience

Publié le 2 août 2019 sur Hotelsişletme tek kelimeyle rezalet..özellikle Gamze isimli arkadaş bizi kapı anahtarı bozuk olduğu için balkondan içeri girmemizi istedi (üstelik başka boş oda olmasına rağmen),verdiğimiz buz kalıbını buzluğa değil de normal buzdolabına koymuş bizim için önemliydi o buz kalıbıyla ilaç taşıyorduk..işletme değişse otelin fiziki şartları genel olarak iyi..ama kâbus gibi bir geceydi.

This is a visually pleasant hotel (our room was very good and the pool area is very pretty); however, it was let down by less than adequate customer service on three fronts - hotel reception, breakfast service and room cleanliness.

Terrible man receptionist/ manager ,

Only for Faiti, who is waiter and simply runs the hotel from morn to night, it would be shut. He is wonderful asset . Pool good, breakfast very good, room very good . Great hotel only for manager who literally does nothing only look at computer. Cleaning room once .
