The outside of the building needs to be washed, very dirty. It was ok inside. The pillows were awful, need new pillows and extra blankets. We were in room 202.

Thank you for your concern. We have protocols for when these issues are suspected, and I am happy to let you know that nothing was found. These are issues that we take very seriously and want to have a great spot for our guests!

no plugs to plug in things.
no wash cloths
had to go next door to another hotel for wash cloths
no soap
no room service for a couple who was there since saturday and this was wednesday.

Paul, thank you for your feedback! I am sorry to hear about the washcloths, this has been addressed with the team. As for room service, we do not enter inro the room unless requested by the guest specifically. I am sorry for any misunderstanding, but we are happy to go in there if you let us know to freshen the room up!

Smelly room with no amenities of modern life
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsPositives: easy check-in/out. Air Conditioner worked great. TV worked. Room kept me dry and kept wildlife out.
Negatives: No ice/vending machines in sight. No facial tissues. Cheapest toilet paper on the planet. Room smelled like smoke. Shower did not drain. Pillows were flat and not comfy. Room decor was last updated in about 1977.
