Apartment size was spacious and well lit. Space usage very efficient and modern. Unfortunately the showers even though modern not well maintained and makes taking showers messy with broken hoses.
Room with balcony unusable due missing curtains. Street noise is nonstop and makes sleeping unforgivable. Beds mattresses too firm for confort. Kitchen sink clogged and leaks into the floor. Which is unfortunate. Lots of sun light and Windows but not much of privacy and had to close the shades and give up on sun light. Property owner was not very helpful and at times rude. Checkout is standard at noon. She sent the maid at 9:00 ringing door bell and rushing us to leave. Not her fault but seems unprofessional to disturb tenant so early. The property I booked in Expedia was not available for some reason and we end up accepting a different apartment. This is false advertising and I am not happy how it went. Unfortunately due to lack of time accepted the new place unknowingly aware of the noise. Owner collected extra taxes which I already paid to Expedia. This experience was not very pleasant. Especially when the place booked is few kelemoters away from where we wanted to be.

We booked the house with my kids and family from airport to the house and we got surprise. The house was rented to someone else and the agent we can talk with her and she said there’s nothing she can do. She left us just like that very bad experience and it cost me thousand dollars to manage another property had a last-minute.

Bonsoir,On veux juste remarque que Emina Kapetanovic qui réserve notre appartement est été absent le jour de sont arrivé on a essayé de contacter sur sont numéro mais aucun réponse alors la noté de 2 sur 10 c'est été de quoi je veux demander de supprime la commanditaire est la noté car la client été no show merci de faire e nécessaire.
