Great Hotel with extra services

The room was excellent in size and comfort, but what really set it apart for us was the kiosk to order food delivery as we couldn't find anything open around or with Deliveroo. We were so thankful that they had this available for us or else we would have had to skip dinner which isn't easy after a day of sightseeing!

“Guaranteed and paid for” booking didn’t suffice

Despite already booking and paying for 3 rooms with an email confirmation to say so, on check-in reception insisted 2 of the rooms had not been paid for and refused check us in until we paid for them again. While we were trying to sort this out with Hotels.com customer service, they said they were closing reception so it was pay again or be left with no room booking for the night.

AVOID THIS HOTEL

DOUBLE CHARGED AND NO REFUND! Writing to the hotel to complain I have heard nothing after 12 days. The door handle fell off from the inside making it a real RISK OF BURNING TO DEATH IN YOUR ROOM in the event of a fire. Brown stains on the towel. Poor noise insulation. Poor WIFI speeds (couldn't stream videos at night). Really basic breakfast

The hotel is outside of the center of marseil

Pros: Security staff in the night
Cons: Someone who speak english
Location: 25 minute with bus for the city center
Small room No reception in the night No confortable room
