Muy decepcionado de la estadía en la Quinta, el servicio fue terrible, llegué un poco tarde a hacer la registracion, ya que solo ibamos a ducharnos y pasar la noche a descansar de un día largo, estuve esperando porque no había nadie en recepción, cuando entré al cuarto había cucarachas caminando en las paredes, no quisimos reclamar estábamos bastante cansado cómo para esperar a que nos dieran otro cuarto y los niños ya se querían bañar… en la mañana no había casi nada para desayunar, no hubo huevo, no yogurth, el café frío… la persona que estaba preparando el desayuno contestaba de mala manera cuando se le preguntaba algo… pésimo servicio

Lots of cockroaches in the bathroom. Especially at night. Visually everything seems tidy but roaches ruin the feeling of the hotel being clean.

Room had moldy smell and saw a couple of roaches. Checkin/out was easy and friendly. Breakfasf was amazing. Reasonably priced.

Wet flood musty smell

Room was very musty. Floor was wet around the air conditioner unit up until half of the bed so when I took off my shoes my socks and feet were all wet. Too tired from long day of moving my child into dorm that instead of complaining or ask for another room just went to sleep
