The evening check-in girl was very friendly. My room smelled very musty and the bathroom had a very overwhelming ammonia smell. I should've told them to switch rooms but I was tired. Then I couldn't sleep because of the smell.

When we arrived there at approximately an hour after the official check-in time, Our room was not ready, the front desk worker said she will move us to another room, when we got to that other room, the floor was soaking wet, and the housekeeper was still cleaning the room. The housekeeping staff said “ Why would she send you to the room cleaning it? “We had to leave and return after the room was cleaned. When we returned, the room, smelt musty, very musty, I went to the front desk and told the staff how bad the room smelt. She moved us to another room which had a broken chair, we were able to switch, the chair from the previous room into the present room. As I enter the bathroom, there were two cockroaches crawling on the floor, and cockroaches under the fridge. I requested some roach spray. She brought me a big plastic container with a spout and a spray gun attached to it. And sprayed the room During the night there was a roach crawling in the bed, I reported to the front desk. They told me that they changed exterminators, I assumed she was trying to tell me that there is nothing they can do. I will never stay at that property again and will not recommended it to anyone. It is a shame that Wyndham would put its name on such a property. Maybe Wyndham, it’s not aware of the terrible state of that property.

La Quinta Fail

1. Virtual service, desk worker was multi-tasking and occasionally at desk. 2. At least on key did not work, never resolved, see 1. 3. Carpet in room was damp. 4. Breakfast was poor. 5. TV image was incredibly fuzzy and red in dark scenes. TV is quite old. At best La Quinta is a 2.5 out of 5. This hotel is a 1 out of 5.

I didn't like much about the place the room smelled had roaches and the night staff on Saturday was rude and didn't want to give me any towels. I would not recommend you stay there

Hotel was nice. I would stay again but they definitely need to finish the painting of ceiling. Our room looked like it was being repainted but not finished. Everything was clean no bad smells
