The room smelled of mildew and mold

Wasn’t told Hot tub wasn’t open, room smelt weird, there was black ash on blanket, the one bed felt like that spring was out of place and had a huge hole while sleeping, wall had drawing all over it, there was hair in bathroom (toilet and floor) phone was missing buttons, front desk in afternoon was rude to us.

Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HotelsThis 'motel' had a very strong unpleasant odor throughout the lobby and hallway. My 'No Smoking' room was run down and smelled like cigarettes. A few hours into my stay, another guest tried to repeatedly enter my room because the front desk clerk forgot he rented it to me. He then called me and insisted I validate who I was even though he was the one who rented me this room. The free breakfast options were minimal and unappetizing. Don't waste your money.
