Disappointing stay
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI reserved a King-sized room and at check-in was given a queen-sized. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting for a refund on the price difference. The room was musty, the carpet was damp, the front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful in resolving the issue of being over-charged.

Room was clean and quiet, very comfortable stay. Pool was heated, kids loved it! No towels in the pool area, had to ask for them both times we visited the pool. Hot hub was removed and there was nothing about that on the site.

Nice rooms; however, not a secured hotel

It was not secure as what appeared to be migrant workers from another hotel coming and going from a back door that would not lock/stayed open. Also, the grounds were poorly kept. Finally, the pool was nice; however, the hot tub was boarded up. We found it strange that there was a LAWNMOWER kept in the pool area.
