Ok but a number of small negatives

The sink was dirty and clearly wasn't cleaned between guests as there were dark hairs in and on the sink. The curtains wouldn't close completely and the heat lamp in the bathroom didn't work. The printed channel guide for the TV was also not up to date. Otherwise my stay was ok.

The pool was shut down because of the health department. Staff was very unfriendly. The front desk was under construction

Very dirty facility. The rooms were cleaner than the rest of building, but not by much. Dirty bedding and floors. Dirty corners. Stained linen. Smelly elevators. Washer/dryer were both out-of-order, and that area smelled horrible (by the ice machine). Pool/hot tub were closed due to health violations, which were posted for all to see. Front desk attendant stated the pool "was under repair" and said we should have seen this on the website (we used Expedia). He said that's why the rates were so low (not true). If we would have known the pool was unavailable, we would have looked elsewhere (next time).

The area and the place was dirty. The room, curtains were falling off the rail, the chair was stained and had a hole in it . The refrigerator had one leg. I went to the store and brought bedbug spray

I will never stay at a Baymont property again. How could you let this place operate with your name on it? The pool was closed by the health department. The washer and dryer wrtr flithy and did not work. The side entrance was so dirty, the hallways were dirty, the breakfast was out of different hot foods, it was messy and the tables were not clean, nor the floor or counter. When the breakfast room was closed they had a cut up box pasted over the window so you could not see in. I could go on and on... So, sorry I ever stayed there. There were people in the lobby yelling at the desk clerk about how bad things were. The desk clerk, did everything and worked 24 hrs. a day. You have labor law problems.The manager/owner would not show his face. You should be ashamed.

pool wasn't working room smelled like mold, hangers on floor in room key card didn't work I asked for refund and now have to wait on it
