Avis JULY PROMOTION - Splendid Villa with private pool, Puglia

We had a great time at the Macceria, including our 10 guests. The entrance and feeling is very grand, and overall the renovation and fixtures in the macceria are very good quality. We had a few small issues which were sorted with minimal fuss. We did need to ask for pool towels for all guests and one of the drains was blocked. 3 bedrooms would be considered “king” and 2 smaller, so if you are sharing with friends/family it’s worth noting. Over the 7 days, we did have an issue on a number of occasions where our guests locked their keys in their rooms accidentally (the doors cannot be “unlocked” so accidentally closing the door with keys inside is easy to do). On most occasions we had someone come within 15 minutes to unlock and rooms (at no charge) but a slight inconvenience to guests. By the end of the week most guests we’re on top of this issue. Highly recommended.
