The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and cool. The rooms were updated and very clean. They have a refrigerator and microwave in them. This hotel will definitely be my go to when I visit my daughter at UTM.

Do not disturb sign on the door and house keeping comes banging on the door at 7 am, leaf blower 10 minutes later right outside our door. Went to front desk, barely an apology.

Todo me gustó repetiría. Lo que deben mejorar la cortina del baño está gastada, sería conveniente que dejaran más toallas en la habitación al menos una más, y el desayuno sería excelente si ofrecieran la opción de huevos en cualquier presentación para tener proteína y pueden eliminar algo como la variedad de dulces de forma que resulte conveniente económicamente. Y por último sería grandioso si la piscina funcionara y la mantuviesen limpia y operativa aunque creo estaban trabajando en ello. BUEN TRABAJO, EXCELENTE !!! I liked everything I would repeat. What they should improve is the bathroom curtain is worn, it would be convenient if they left more towels in the room at least one more, and the breakfast would be excellent if they offered the option of eggs in any presentation to have protein and they can eliminate something like the variety of sweets in a way that is economically convenient. And lastly it would be great if the pool worked and they kept it clean and operational although I think they were working on it. GOOD JOB, EXCELLENT!!!
