Clean, tidy and well equipped
It’s a smaller house in the Burgundy grove area: it has everything you’ll need and is big enough for a family of 4 -6.
It’s very clean and tidy. My only very minor complaint is a lack of stereo as we tend to listen to music rather than watch television (the tv is huge but the sound quality is low). The place is not suitable for making noise (inside or out) as the houses are very close to each other and privacy is provided via boundary hedges (which don’t block noise). It’s a very quiet neighbourhood.
