Quiet retreat
Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean home in exact condition pictured on site. Quiet area that lends itself to relaxing/ fishing / grilling / soaking in the hot tub. Well stocked kitchen, linens and fishing gear. Very organized and well thought out rental. Would definitely return.

Comfortable Retreat
Publié le 28 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayWe booked a stay at the Avon Lakeshore property looking for some peace and relaxation during the Covid 19 crisis, and that's exactly what we got! There were kayaks to explore the river and lake, nearby restaurants like Brooks' Chicken and Pondos Pizza and Ice Cream for quick takeout, and easy access to both Oneonta and Cooperstown. The house was roomy and comfortable with a great central kitchen. Check-in and out was easy and the staff was very attentive to us having everything we needed.
