Motel was fine. Clean enough. Beds were not comfortable, need updating. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was completely rude, i reserved my room 6 months in advance and the staff called me 6 different times with 6 different excuses to get me to cancel my room.

It had bed bugs. They didn’t help me because I didn't know until this morning when i saw a bug on the bed and lots of babies. Got pictures and video, call health services in town. Im still fill like they are crawling in my hair and stil itch just thinking about them. This wont let me send pics

All in all the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. But, I found communications poor. Prior to my stay I emailed them and asked about an earlier check-in. They responded quickly with a slightly earlier time. But, when I tried to email them again after realizing we left our phone charger in the room, they ghosted me. I sent several messages simply asking if they found it but they never replied. I found this to be very poor customer service. Even if they found it and kept it, at least they could have responded. I might stay there again, but I'd go not expecting much.
