Gross conditions and the owners are rude and yelled at us for having a guest over. Avoid this place. They will also try to scam you and demand more money for no reason.

It bathroom was very dirty. The bed spread was full of holes. There was a limited amount of disabled rooms on ground floor. Had to walk upstairs. No elevator. And was bitten all over by bed bugs.

The rooms and property was average. The staff was great, but the owner made checkout disturbing. When checking in he asked for a $20 refundable cash deposit which I thought kind of odd but handed him a $20 bill anyways. Upon checkout he handed me bills all folded up which I didn’t count until I got back in car. There was only $18. Went back in to inform owner and he started screaming at me that everything was on camera and he gave back exactly what I had given him. I suggested he look at the camera to see I gave him $20 and what he was doing was wrong then walked out since he was still screaming at me. Then I decided to go back in to take pictures of his certificates on the wall when he came back out screaming that was illegal. I thought he was going to stroke out. Headed back to the car and he came out chasing me in the parking lot still screaming. Other than that, all was good. They also had a sign on the wall saying coffee which there was none.

There was feces in the toilet when we arrived. I had read reviews about staff being rude so went in with a positive attitude but reviews were correct. Requested a $20 cash deposit that I could not get back. Office was closed when I left at 8am I called to see if they could credit my card or send me a check and was told “not my problem “ I would have to return to pick up. I won’t be a return customer
