They had fire alarm issues several times over the weekend due to what they said was an “upgrade”. The last straw was a 6 am ear burning fire alarm that had me packing up and leaving hours before I had planned. They did nothing to compensate guests for this as they said it was out of their control. Laughable customer service!

Here's an updated response, incorporating the fact that Thomas had threatened to leave a bad review over the refund:---Hello Thomas,Thank you for your feedback. I truly apologize for the disruption caused by the fire alarms during your stay. As I mentioned, the alarms were a result of a system update glitch, with alarms going off at 3:15 PM and again at 5:30 PM. I want to clarify that no guests were asked to pack up or leave, and while the situation was beyond our control, I understand how frustrating it was.Regarding your request for a refund, I explained that we couldn’t offer a refund since you stayed either nights, but I genuinely regret that this added to your frustration. I understand you were upset and threatened to leave a bad review if we didn’t comply. While I appreciate your desire for compensation, we always aim to be fair and consistent in our policies.I hope you can understand our position, and I apologize again for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to me directly.

I got double charge for my booking, I made the reservation through Expedia and I got charge the full room price on the CC I gave the clerk when I checked in, call 3 times and all 3 times they claimed the manager wasn’t in and that I will get a call back and never heard from anyone

It appears that the charge you saw was processed through Expedia, which handles payments separately from the hotel. Ok Stay, Expected more for price

Beautiful area for a hotel. Clean, bed was comfy, bathroom door was very awkward-opened into room. Sink was outside of bathroom-not crazy about that. Breakfast needed a lot of work, pretty poor.

Family Visit

We were visiting family in Maryville and decided to stay at Cobblestone because a restaurant is on the same property. The view here is wonderful. The rooms are clean; however, if you want Housekeeping, you need to ask for it every day. I thought I did that, but we only had Housekeeping one day. The front desk quickly provided clean towels, though. The breakfast options are typical. The coffee is Seattle Coffee so it's not a weak, no-name brand. My only complaint is, like most motels, the walls are thin. Our last night, there was a loud group in the room next to us. People at motels seem to forget they aren't at home and talk loudly in rooms and hallways. We almost could have joined in the conversation and loud cackling laughter in the room next to us! We would still stay here again, though as it's convenient to family and our first two nights were perfect.

It’s a good average Hotel. Parking can be an issue with events and golf at the same property.
