Stressful trip

So I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel the need to let others know for pure accuracy. The room was great; had water pressure issues but they were working on it. The tv barely had cable; no Netflix or roku or anything like that. Laundry room? The ac unit kept cutting in and out. The parking was changed daily, we were here for 5 days and every day Peking was altered. Even with all this I would have stayed here again. However the owner made our stay unbearable. Everyone else there was so helpful and polite, but the owner was just completely rude and unreasonable. We personally listened to her belittle people all 5 days and loudly to where we could tell you all the problems of this remodel and hotel. She also threatened to tow our truck; due to changed parking while we were on our bikes( had no idea). Threaten to cancel our reservation(that we had a full month prior) cause once again of parking then also proceeded to give us attitude for not following check in procedures that were email to us; to a place with no service( not able to even get it). She also had altercations with other guests at the hotel. Overall great place, terrible owner and not worth the aggravation to ever give this place a chance again. We come to the area at least 2x a year and from now on we will stick with deals gap or literally anything else.
