Il y a la paix et la tranquillité ici pour ralentir et profiter de la marche sur les sentiers de randonnée sur les pentes à travers la forêt sur la propriété elle-même et au-delà, en profitant de la vue magnifique sur le lac Masaya et les volcans Mombacho et Masaya. Et bien sûr, détendez-vous dans la piscine et vous pourrez préparer votre propre nourriture et boissons dans la cuisine entièrement équipée. Pendant la journée, vous pouvez faire des excursions d'une journée dans tous les beaux endroits du pays et le soir, il fait toujours frais ici en raison de l'altitude plus élevée. Les moustiquaires sur les fenêtres et le ventilateur garantissent que les insectes restent à l'écart. Et merci Steve pour votre recommandation.

Thank you Emily. I really like you to come back in the future and enjoy the view, the nature, the little house and the people living in this small hamlet when you are walking or drive on the main unpaved road outside the property to Masatepe or the lake of Masaya.

Stay at the Villa farm

Gorgeous views, wonderful pool, trails to hike, great people staffing as well as others staying on the property. 8 bungalows with other guests, and still very private. Access was a bit difficult. Road to property is dirt and very rough with many potholes from rainy season. Not regular car access type. Roads in Nicaragua leave much to be desired.. to say the least. Highways are excellent but be prepared for the driving !!

Thank you Irene for staying with us. We have had a very good time with you and I hope you will return. The road is a challenge but you get use to it soon. It is accesible the whole year around with a car that is not too low. Mototaxis (tuctucs) enter all the time and also the taxi can reach the house when you want the services for a day trip or for driving from and to the airport.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The Host Nel was amazing, she was very helpful and instantly made us feel at home. She gave us a tour of the 20 acre property and showed us where to pick the fresh fruit from the trees. She really brought all the guests together on the property and made it feel like a little community. There was games every night which was a lot of fun, and the salt water pool was so fresh and warm. The views from the suite where absolutely stunning, and our villa was well equipped with amenities. My partner and I had the best time met the best people and we will definitely be returning one day. If I could rate it 11 out of 10 I would.

We have been traveling Costa Rica and Nicaragua for the last couple of years. We stayed here so we could see the Masaya Volcano. But the surprise was how wonderful Nan and the property was. Beautiful rolling hills, fruit trees, coffee plants, and a view of Lake Managua from the cabin and the pool. Nan arranged a tour for all of the guest of a farm and a factory that was just fantastic. We didn't get to do everything we wanted to do, so we will be returning. If you are going to visit the Volcano or are in the area, stay here. Nan is the best host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will be sending my friends. Stay here.

Dazu eine super nette Gastgeberin, die sich stehst um das Wohl ihrer Gäste kümmert.
Sie organisiert und kümmert sich um alles, ist immer freundlich und kocht bei Bedarf auch mal (und das sehr gut).
Zusammengefasst ein toller Aufenthalt.

Danke Oliver. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass die Gäste so eine gute Zeit haben. Sie haben eine schöne Kombination aus Urlaub und Remote-Arbeit gefunden. Für Gäste wie Sie Oliver, möchten wir als Besitzer alles tun, damit Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt auf unserem Bauernhof haben. Es ist auch eine Herausforderung, wieder Deutsch zu sprechen.

An amazing get away and an awesome host.
Publié le 13 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for just 4 nights and wish we had spent our whole trip here. The place was serene, abounding with fruit trees and our host Nel is one in a million. Not enough space to write about how she went above and beyond to make our journey and stay the best experience possible. In the very short time we spent in Masatepe, we got to love the place and will definitely be going back for a much longer stay. Thank you Nel for making our vacation so special.

Thank you Yohan and Nikki. I really hope to see you back again. Next time I recommend you to go at night to the volcano. I saw a picture of the red lava from another guest of us. It was after you had left. So special! But you saw the monkeys and the turtles. Thank you for sharing your fotos. Making memories. You certainly did.
