Nice Place, near everything in Masbate city.
But room very small.... coffee in the room for free, but Only coffee With cream, If you drink black coffee, then not possible . TV only One Station.
Water ...yes, but Only warm because No Cold place
There swimmingpools.... really good, specielle if you have Children.
Breakfast....too Bad. Really Bad ... Sorry.
Too expensive, same price as 4 or 5 star Hotel in Manila area
Otherwise ok place..... clean and very helpsom staff.

Good day, we highly appreciate your feedback and for choosing Treasure Island Hotel during your stay here in Masbate City. We are here to address some concerns that are stated in your review. We apologize if you thought that black coffee is not available but if you have noticed you can order it in your breakfast slip and you can simply request it in our restaurant. Our cold drinking water may also be served via pitcher upon request for free, upon check in complimentary bottled waters are available inside your room but it is placed only in the table and if you want to drink it cold you may place it in the refrigerator first because all of our rooms is equipped with refrigerator. Our TV have a lot of choices maybe you were just confused on how to use it because it consist of 2 remote controls. That's why we always remind all of our guest to call us anytime if they have any concerns because how can we able to provide and help you if you will not speak about it. Thank you for appreciating the staff, facilities, and ambiance of our hotel. Rest assured that this review will help us to improve the overall services of our hotel. We expect you to visit us again soon.

Dirty stains on bed sheets, giant cockroaches and bugs in room, very hot and they want to charge you $ for water, the room was ready 2 hours early but they made me pay $ per hour to check in early after sitting in the hot sun all day! Terrible, will NEVER stay here again!

Will all due respect sir, you have first stayed with us on February 27,2024. You stayed with us for 2 nights. You also stayed with us again last March 7, 2024. During your stay here in our hotel, we did not receive any complains with you about the giant cockroaches, bed stain, and bugs inside your room that was mentioned here in your review. Our room has a standard quality check before a certain guest occupies the room. This is also the reason why you settled an early check-in fee as the standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and you came here as early as 11:00 AM. We always check on our guests if they are already settled inside the room and we heard about you that everything was all right. We have charged you about the bottled waters since you just picked it randomly in the hallway as shown in the hotel CCTV's footage placed in the housekeeping cart. We already explained it to you that you have your complimentary 2 bottled waters inside the room and it is replenished everyday together with the amenities during your stay. We also humbly explained it to you that it doesn't matter how many bottles that you will be requesting from us since additional extra bottled waters is available at a reasonable price upon request. The hotel and its staff extended their warm and best service to provide it to you and your partner by the time you first came here until your second stay. The staff also assisted by scheduling you to our free shuttle service drop off to the airport as you checked-out early and there are only limited tricycles outside the hotel.

Clean comfortable hotel near the airport.
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HotelsI stayed at the treasure island hotel for one night before an early morning flight. The hotel is in the busy section of Masbate city. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t use any of the facilities except the room. The room was fairly small but comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good. They were able to provide me with a parking space which was very helpful. It’s a clean comfortable hotel near the airport with a pleasant staff.

Great place to stay in Masbate.
Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HotelsOverall, the hotel was great. The staffs were very kind and courteous. The only thing that i would like to mention was the water pressure. Some times it was very low and the next day it was good.
