We had a very nice time, loved the view from the patio! I will have to say that we were extremely disappointed with the WIFI! My husband had to work and was unable to ..connection was very very poor, if at all!
Also, there was definitely an ant problem. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom so the sheets are clean.
1 more thing, there wasn't a blow dryer which I expected so didn't bring one .

Glad you had a nice time. Sorry about internet. I’ve had it checked out and current tenant says it’s very strong. The WiFi had never been a problem with other tenants. Maybe something was unplugged. I’ve Also had the complaint of ants checked out by my cleaners. They didn’t see any but I’ve had the house treated anyway. As for the hair dryer, just this summer I bought a new dryer to leave in house. Perhaps someone inadvertently packed it. I wish the tenant had let me know and I would have had one brought over. I realize this is important for people going to weddings. But glad Tensnt enjoyed the location and enjoyed themselves.

We really appreciated the two minute walk to the beach and quick walk to the Poppy Market which we visited daily for morning coffees and dinner. The water views off the back patio were beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Great location!
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved staying at this townhouse. The setup and size worked out great for my family with two small kids. I loved sitting out and reading on the patio that overlooked the ocean. The location was amazing -just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed biking to dinner twice and enjoying all that the Marketplace has to offer. We hope to stay again someday!

Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaythe cottage is in good clean condition but we had other issues coffee pot outdated, air conditioning not cooling the all upstairs n downstairs no air condition at all, only fan down stairs n the grill was real dirty, other then that we were pretty satisfied

Sorry renter not satisfied. Unfortunately I expected this review. Immediately upon moving in he called to complain about garbage in the bin that gets picked up on Mondays, air conditioner in slider, and grill, etc demanding a partial refund. I have had no complaints all summer about comfort of unit from anybody else. There are two coffee pots, a very nice keurig that was purchased last summer and a small drip pot for those who prefer making the coffee. Also the renter left very black marks throughout the unit which appear to be either black marker or carbon. It took my cleaners much longer to clean the unit as they had to really scrub to get stains off white railings and could not after three tries get them off brand new sheets. Tenant even left a jack knife with same stains right beside sheets on the bed. This is most unusual.

Knife. . Most renters find the unit very comfortable, well equipped and in a very desirable location, along with being reasonably priced compared to most units in Maushop.
