Had to request a refrigerator and microwave. Television in our room didn't work.

Not what i expected. The property is outdated. The bed was hard and spiders hanging from the curtains.

Front desk called me, prior to arriving at 7pm, to let me know my room would be left unlocked with the key inside as they were leaving for the night. Arrived, entered room, and found the chain lock unattached from the door frame. Called the number on the office door and was met with extremely poor customer service. I ultimately chose to not stay and was not refunded by the property.

This motel was conveniently located to shopping, beaches, etc. Laura was super accommodating and I’ll certainly recommend this place. I had the best night sleep even thought it was located on Rt. 28 but it was set back from the road. The landscaping was over the top and you’d expect to see these plantings at the Chatham Bars Inn. Kudos to your gardener/landscaper.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The property is old. We thought it was quaint but not in the least fancy.

The room was very clean and cozy. I liked that parking was right outside my door . It also was quiet and, as a woman travelling on my own , I felt very safe. The Inn was well situated for me. I will book, again, in the future.
