The front desk attendant was polite and friendly. I had a couple questions, and he didn't seem annoyed by them.

Will not stay there again. The outside door was broken. Not the cleanest of hotels. Staff not friendly

The bed had piss stains all over it . Bed sheets were dirty. You could smell mold as you walked in to the room .

Property is an older building and within walking distance of the Southbridge Mall and Hockey arena. Although the mall doesn't have much in it anymore. Parking lot was well lit at night and staff was helpful. Room was clean and ready for arrival, but it had a bit of a stale musty smell. Refrigerator and microwave in room worked fine. For the lower cost and just needing a place to crash at night it worked fine. If you want a place with more frills and amenities this would not fit that expectation.
