We are traveling with two small dogs, and when one checked in they said we couldn't be on the 3rd floor because we had animals (they never asked if we were). Then they said because we had two dogs that we could not stay there. Only one dog per room. We already requested a refund due to them not honoring their policy.

Motel is old and outdated. stayed 6 nights. Asked for room to be cleaned at least twice. Had to talk with the GM to get it done once. Motel is overpriced for the value you get.
Will look elsewhere next trip.

No pool it was be renovated. It was be renominated almost 2years ago when we were there in Feb. so we would like to be refunded our money. Back
