Avis AMORE RENTALS - Villa The Phoenix with Private Swimming Pool, Sea View, Terrace and Parking

The whole process was seamless from the initial booking to the planning of the excursions. Giada was amazing, quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend The phoenix villa. Pictures do not capture the beauty! Great location, walking distance to restaurants at the Marina.

Very expensive for what it was. Kitchen extremely badly equipped. Not even washing up liquid supplied or pan scrubbers. What was described as local supermarkets incredibly basic. Pool okay. Irritating radio noise from neighbour’s house. Very steep walk to local village. This should be made much more clear. A guide to local area should be in the villa.

Lucio was amazing! The view was amazing! The house, well its a quirky Italian style meets modern 🤷🏽‍♂️. I don’t know if this standard for a European vacation rental, but you should know they don’t supply shampoo or conditioner and have limited towels and dishes (in the US at this vacation rental price point, toiletries are always included) Make sure you rent the smallest car possible as the road to the house is steep and the parking challenging but that’s the price you pay for the insane view. The village of Nerano is incredibly charming as is Massa Lubrense and a refreshing alternative to the incredibly crowded cities on the Amalfi coast like Sorrento or Positano. Lucio was incredibly helpful with recommendations of restaurants etc…make sure to hike to the stunning beach at Baie di Ierento.
