We also have a fully equipped kitchen in each room, which is stocked with all of the necessary utensils and appliances for guests to prepare their own meals.We have never received any negative reviews about our cleanliness before, and we are very disappointed to hear that you had a different experience. We will be taking your feedback into account and will be working hard to ensure that all of our guests have a clean and comfortable stay BUT I REPEAT: ALL OUR GUESTS LEAVE 5 STARS REVIEW (MAXIMUM) FOR CLEANING AND LINEN SERVICES ALWAYS.We are also sorry to hear that you were bothered by LITTLE NOISE from the street. We understand that this can be disruptive, and we have taken steps to mitigate noise levels. All of our rooms are equipped with new and efficient soundproofing systems, to help absorb noise.
