The room air conditioning didn’t work well at all. The front desk employee tried to bill me twice

Check n was easy. Later When I went to the room there was a bad smell of smoke. I asked to switch and the eve desk person said I don’t think we have any rooms but I’ll check. She said u don’t see anything. I said any type bed n if not I’d like a refund. She was a bit disgruntled but gave me a lovely clean, no smells room. Bed for comfortable. Plenty hot water
