Parfait. Un havre de paix et de propreté

Nous avons sejourne 2 jours au Montebresa. Les chambres sont elegantes spacieuses etd'une propreté irreprochable. Le personnel attentif et serviable. C'est sans doute le meilleur hotel de la ville dans un jatdin luxuriant

This is actually the second time that I stay in this hotel. It has been one of the best states that I have experience. The rooms are very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and you cannot beat the scenery. It is beautiful. I would definitely recommend for anyone.

The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Also the shower worked very well which is a luxury in Nicaragua. The staff were all lovely and looked after us very well.Everything was exceptionally clean and the garden was extremely pleasant. We found it conveniently placed for exploring Matagalpa and its surroundings. Undoubtedly the best place to stay in the Matagalpa area. The only thing which marred our stay was the night time barking of local dogs.

Beautiful, comfortable and very well located. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Look nowhere else. This is the place to stay in Matagalpa!

I feel ROBBED! I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was cancelled following cancellation policy, and the money was not refunded. I feel that I was robbed! I am still waiting for the money, but every time I contact the person in charge: Rita, she says that the my money will be refunded soon. I am still waiting for that. Alba, Johnny and Cion at the hotel are very nice and polite. Room was clean and the property is nice. But I feel disappointed with this experience. Unfortunately Expedia is not recognized for a good Customer Service, I hope they can do something about this PROBLEM!

On Jan. 30, 2023 the funds were returned to the same credit card used to make the booking. From the very beginning, the cardholder was reassured of our full refund policy and was also explained that the bank might take a few days, but the refund process was already in place. The day before this review was posted, the cardholder was notified of our bank’s confirmation that the full reimbursement was completed on Jan. 30, 2023. Bank confirmation sent via Expedia email.
