Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty manager Kim, always answered when called. Major hurricane passed through about two weeks prior. Neighbors are quiet. About 15 roosters live near. Could have been cleaned better. Was hair on pillows and bath tub needed a through cleaning. Driveway is made up of oster shells which was very sharp and ended up cutting my dogs feet. The listing did not display this info.

great location, great management

The bed is super comfortable and it’s a peaceful neighborhood spot. The price is right, so we’ve made it our spot to return to when we come to Matagorda!

Único que el agua está muy caliente, no pude obtener agua fresca, y pongan jabón y shampoo por si alguien no lleva, detalles nomás,,, pero está súper lo recomiendo, muy privado y céntrico… hay lo necesario para que hagas algo de comer rápido, refrigerador cafetera ,,, gracias,,

Publié le 12 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was good I have been going to matagorda for about 5 years now I was very disappointed on how they turned their beach which has opened up with graders no shells to be found stacked in like sardines just another greedy and money feed town like port a I'm sorry the pristine of the beach with was natural untouched beach buggy be with children driving by their selves infant riding on laps toddlers no car seats welcome to port Aransas messed I will retire somewhere else the property and host was awesome thanks

Thank you for your review, I’m so glad you liked the property.
There are a lot of shells depending on the water and ocean movement, some days it’s fantastic and some days there are just bits and pieces. It for sure has been overcrowded this season which is normally not the case.
