To bad the bathroom so filthy dirty old and not hygienic, seems they didn't care for that, scums hard water, door bathroom is filthy dirty, yucky other than that is going to be perfect.

Verouderd hotel, smerig, lawaaierig, fabriek, slecht matras, lege minibar, verbouwing gaande, zwembad met vrijwel alleen geklede mensen, geen enkele passie te merken,....gewoon waardeloos. Wat wel top is is het ontbijt

設備はいいが、老朽化がすごい

ジムがあったのでここを選びました。 プールには興味がなかったのですが、老舗とあって入り口から見える景色は壮観でした。 が、それからが残念。部屋に通されたら古いつくりでゴキブリだらけ。7匹は殺しました。 古くなった木か配管に発生しているようです。 スタッフの対応がいいだけにすごく残念です。

Terrible

We booked a deluxe room from Hotels.com and when we arrived, they "upgraded" us to a family room. However, it seemed like it was more of a downgrade than an upgrade. I felt utterly cheated! This wasn't the first time that my room looked nothing like what I booked on hotels.com. 1. The room looks nothing like an upgrade of our deluxe room. The room in our book looks classy with better furnishing. The family room on the other hand had a very old toilet, with taps that squeak when we tried to turn them on and was dusty with cobwebs in the furniture. 2. The toilet was faulty, giving off unbearable noises that sounded like cars horning every 30 seconds. How unbearable was that? An upgrade huh? 3. I couldn't turn the taps on and off properly. That was how ancient the furnishing was 4. The kettle looks disgusting on the interior, as if nobody had washed and used it in a long time 5. The call for prayers start loudly at 5am and 7am and we couldn't get a goodnight's rest! 6. We called the reception to fix our bathroom and they took 1 hour to come back to us because they couldn't understand English and they kept sending people to check without fixing the issue! 7. There were so many people at breakfast that we couldn't even get a seat! If I could give a negative one rating of this property, I wouldn't hesitate to. I felt cheated because my room was nothing like what I saw in the booking and seriously? An upgrade? Doesn't seem like it!

Pretty old room, water leaking in the bath room, sound proof between rooms was bad, could hear clearly kids horseplaying in the next room.
