Although I payed in advance the hotel for. 4 nights for 4 people they insisted that they did not receive the money from Expedia and threatend us with the police if we would leave. We were treated as if we were criminals. They did not open the mails Expedia had sent so when we arrived our accomodation was not ready because they did not expect guests. We were the only guests in the hotel! We asked a few times for the manager but he never turned up. We asked his pnonenumber. At first we received a wrong number but in the end they gave us the right one. The manager did not want to listen but shouted at us through the telephone. Although the rooms and the situation near the beach was very nice and the food delicious we did not feel relaxt at all.
