Publié le 4 mai 2014 sur ExpediaL'établissement est entre les 2 quartiers des Sassi, sur une très belle place et à 2 pas d'un quartier animé. La décoration est belle (ton blanc et crème). Seul bémol, la taille de la chambre un peu petite mais il loue des plus grandes.

Publié le 22 août 2013 sur HotelsPlus un Bed and Breakfast qu'un hôtel. Accueil très chaleureux. Seul petit défaut : une clim insuffisante en cette fin juillet. Parking payant possible avec tarif négocié par l'hôtel. Demandez de préférence une chambre avec vue sur les sassi.

Beautiful and convenient B&B

The bathroom is American sized and the room contained a large closet and cute balcony. It sits on a main piazza just a couple minutes to any of the major sites. Mimmo was an excellent host and even if we said the room didn’t need to be cleaned since we were staying only two nights, he had it cleaned anyway. We enjoyed our stay!

Il B&B è molto accogliente, centrale, i proprietari sono molto gentili, dalla finestra avevamo una bellissima vista sui Sassi.

Pour : Very good breakfast in a cosy room, everything is furnished with excellent taste and great consideration for every little detail.
Emplacement : Perfect location in the center of Matera!
We had a nice reception from the owner who also recommended a good restaurant nearby.

location straordinaria, servizi efficienti, confort di buon livello, qualità delle strutture molto buona, cortesia ed accoglienza del personale e dei proprietari assolutamente buone. Ideale per turismo emozionale. Forse un piccolo ritocco alla politica dei prezzi.

Pour : Location, atmosphere, staff. Very classy, very good P/Q ratio. I felt at home.
Contre : Contact the hotel personally and let them know your ETA. The confirmation info from Expedia went to the hotel's "junk" mail and could not be found.
Emplacement : Tourist info readily available at the hotel. Don't miss the bakery with the yellow gate on Via del Duomo, best pizza and focaccia ever!
This hotel is centrally located in Piazza del Sedile, easily accessible and within walking distance to main sites in both sassy. Everyone knows where it is, you can ask for directions if you happen get lost although this is very unlikely. This is an old palace renovated with high quality workmanship and decorated with super good taste, the view from my room to the piazza was remarkable, other rooms and a terrace have remarkable views as well. Domenico, a.k.a. Mimo (owner) went out of his way to provide assistance and information, very friendly, also very good breakfast.
