Not quite what it said

Would liked to have seen details of how to get tv working and info on places ti eat and visit.
This property was listed as having two bathrooms.I disagree there is a ground floor showeroom and a first floor toilet and wash basin. I mention this because we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and wanted her to have her own bathroom this is why we booked this cottage.

You should simply have called and I would have guided you through the tv options and I thought you had received the cottage guide with recommended places to eat snd visit.
'Bathroom' appears to be a generic term on VRBO, but I will look to make it clear that it is a shower room / toilet downstairs and toilet up stairs.

It is very central to the lovely village with shops and pub almost within touching distance. The off-road parking is a boon although there was always space on the road if more than one car was used. All-in-all an excellent stay and no doubt we will return as there is so much to see in the area and the cottage makes a wonderful base.

A beautiful and comfortable cottage a lovely village. Perfect location for several attractions in Derbyshire, we would recommend Heights of Abraham and the Critch Tramway Village. Fantastic and welcoming hosts, we would stay here again.

Great Location. Worth a trip

Owners were very helpful, providing information on local activities/restaturants etc. We can thoroughly recommend the Pizza night at the local pub (The Cliff Inn). Property was very well equipped. Only thing letting it down was the lack of cleanliness from previous occupants. The Sofa cushions were covered in what looked like Cat hairs. It did not spoil our stay though. Thank you
