I would rather share what was wrong.
1. charged for my esa dog, wouldnt even look at my paperwork. was told at checkin it would be $40 a $50 deposit for incidentals put on my card and that i would get my $50 back at check out at check out i was charged $40 per night. giving me a refund of $10. get down the road only to see i was in fact charged $90 at check in and another $83 at checkout supposedly the $97 will go back on my card. we will see.
2. on day 2 i go back to the room only for the ac to not work. i attempted to call the desk multiple times to no avail. the desk clerk was outside talking every time i would look out the window.
i attempted to contact the property multiple times before arriving to check on pet policy regarding registered service animals, i never received
no response. had i known it was going to cost me as much as it did i would have brought her crate and made other arrangements. then being told it was one price upon check in to find out it was a completely different price at check out is unacceptable.

Breakfast had a good variety except no microwave to heat cold, hard cinnamon roll.
Towels were thin and rough. Like sandpaper!

Facility was clean the breakfast bar nice.
The AC in Rm 200 did not get cool enough. The address to the hotel on Broadway St takes you to an empty lot- not fun late at night. The $50 deposit process should have been automatically applied when I presigned for the rm, especially since the presign process was supposed to speed up check-in process. Front desk staff did not speak clearly and did not smile once at check-in or in the morning at checkout, although he did say Good morning which I appreciated.
