1st time visit and can’t fault this hotel. Excellent service from all within the establishment. Made to feel very welcome and staff were very accommodating. Ate at the restaurant and food was fabulous for dinner & breakfast

We had a lovely one night stay had an evening meal and breakfast which were both very tasty and the staff were very welcoming and offered a great service.

Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HotelsWe booked here for it's easy drive to Dumfries House. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bar are nice informal and relaxing areas. Our weather was poor, so we couldn't take advantage of the great looking garden area.
The room was small but adequate with a nicely refurbished ensuite. Pretty much as we expected for a 3 star small hotel /inn really.

Comfortable, cosy room and great food. Hotel is on quite a busy road so there's some noise with the window open (no air conditioning and it was quite warm).

We had read some reviews that were older, and we’re not sure what to expect. This ended up being a jewel of a place to stay. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, they even had a fan, and the bathroom had everything we needed. The dining area was quaint and the food was fabulous. This was a great stay.

Hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was great and great service too. we had a lovely over night stay.
