Total scam. No one in Maun new if this place 😢

I actually sent a msg the same evening that Metswere could not be found in Main. Telephone number did not exist.i believe it is a scam. Pin location did also not exist. We had to find other accommodation. So I have no idea what happened to our money.

This was the worst accomodation. The bathroom is outside the room and had to be shared. Furthermore breakfast was inclusive when we booked but it was not there. We were told that the b&b is Metswere but we were directed to go sleep at secluded lodge. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Hello Kelly We really regret your experience. We are working tirelessly as follows: 1. The B&B is still new and currently plans to make all rooms en-suit are underway 2. At the time of your arrival, the guest house was not aware as our communication with Expedia was off. This is the reason Breakfast was not available. The problem is now sorted. Your next visit will receive the best of our courtesy. 3. The difference in names is being addressed with Expedia. Hope the B&B will soon remain with a single name. Business trip to Maun

No breakfast was available even though it was part of our package that we paid for and the WiFi was not working during the duration of our stay. Would not recommend.

Hello Gizelle Indeed its true breakfast was not available. Communication with Expedia was off and hence we wee not aware of your coming the reason breakfast was not sourced on time. We always seek to make fresh provisions for our customers so we purchase only upon their arrival. True Wi Fi was off. This was a time the network provider had problems with their infrastructure. We are looking forward to hosting you again on improved service. Thank you for your feed back
