Maison très agréable

Propriété à louer plus l’été que l’hiver

Belle propriété dans un écrin de verdure
Publié le 3 août 2019 sur HomeAwayWe had very nice holidays. The house is big and the pool just perfect. Very easy to reach the nice beaches of Argelès and the nice village Collioure .
A few tools were missing in the kitchen (such as pan, toaster, microwave... in case you want to increase) but not a big deal. All of us enjoy and we were a family from 12 years old to eighty ! Thanks for your confidence for the easy access . I’ve no problem to recommend this villa for holidays !

We are pleased your party enjoyed your 2 week holiday at our villa home in France and had a great time in the pool.
The surrounding countryside and beaches and towns along the coast are wonderful and appeal to all ages.
The villa is located in a rural setting on the edge of a village with all facilities. It is well provisioned but thank you for your helpful comments which we will address.
We are grateful for your recommendation.

Publié le 11 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayLots of space both inside and out, very well equipped. It was well looked after, and the owner dealt with any issues straight away. Good location, and local Spar shop had a good range of stock including bread and croissants.

Fabulous family holiday
Publié le 8 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful house. There were 9 of us ranging in age from 17 to 81. The house is huge and there was more than enough space for us all.
It was very hot in the first week so we got a lot of use out of the pool. It is a lovely pool, deep enough to dive into and bigger than it looks on the picture.
There is plenty of outdoor space, with an outdoor eating area at the back of the house and seating and a coffee table at the front. The Wi-Fi worked well which was a big plus for the younger members of the party!
We ate at El Tap, the bar in the village a few times- lovely tapas and very friendly and helpful staff! We also went into Ceret and Collioure for evening meals. Collioure is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. We also visited Argeles, Banyuls-sur-Mer and went over the border to Roses. All were easy to get to.
The village shops and bar are all in easy walking distance. The nearest large supermarket was in Ceret, about 10 min away in the car.
All in all we had a fabulous time and would love to return

Lovely house.
