Underwhelming

Really did not meet my expectations for a new Radisson. The king size mattress was two twin mattresses put together. They put them on widthwise = instead of lengthwise ll so our hips kept falling in the gap. The mattresses were so uneven and soft. The toilet was unable to flush toilet paper. The food was underwhelming. They had a band blasting music well past 10:30 so considering it is a resort and SPA it sure wasn’t very relaxing. They also have a club in the ground floor of the rooms we stayed in and we could hear the boom of the bass all the way on the 6th floor where we were staying and had to turn the fan on high to drown out the sound. I did visit the spa which was really nice and had nice massage. As much as we love Lonavala itself, given all the disappointments, we won’t stay here again.

Shoma from the dining service was very good amazing service front desk was also very good almost all the staff was perfect I can say even till the tall door man he was very pleasent and always extremely helpful through out we got two suites though there’s nothing in their to make it a suite not even any ambiance literally room with a couch and ac is very very rattling and loud not worth the money better to keep a basic room

Everything was good . The disappointing part was finally at the billing desk. The person who was at the desk swiped the amount before even checking that our amount was already blocked at Expedia and we landed up paying Twice. We waited to be resolved for long ,but in vain. The concerned person assured that the amount will get reversed but still its pending. Its already been a week that we have visited the Property. I have been trying to get in touch with the Property and the concerned person at the Cash, but he seems to be least bothered to pick up the call. This was not the Ist time we are staying with Radisson. But experiencing something like wasnt expected.

Pro: The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Live counters for egg and dosas, continental, Indian and both veg and non-veg options in plenty. Con: The property has a good view of the hills but it has bars instead of windows which completely blocks the view!
