Good stay, clean room & bad location

Hotel was good but little noisier due to location and traffic as well as lot of guest not maintaining decorum. I have requested the back side room but hotel says it is not available.I even found furniture broken in my room so complaint it to staff but nothing was happen. Also if you call reception or room service via phone it is of luck if they pick up the phone. I have called like house keeping for the service. Check in was very fast, staff was very helpful. Specially Mr. Ninad helped me for each and every stuff. Breakfast was OK with south Indian dishes, not much continental choices and few fruits (specialty pineapple) are seems rotten and it is pure veg. Dinner was very good. you get like 3 course meal. Mr. Santosh has done a great job of serving and giving all we needs. So overall for three star hotel this is good experience on service side but location and traffic make it little hard for you.
