Very bad experience. Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager....
We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience
