There was a major delay in check in- Although the official check in time was 2pm, we got the room by 4pm. Also the room provided had a clogged bathroom which needs to be cleaned.

decent 3 star property

a decent 3 star property, good restaurant, a open ground but no indoor/outdoor activities. while booking it showed as 5 star property and hence the disappointment.

disappointed

I filtered for 4-5 star hotels only at hotels.com and this property popped up so I booked seeing that they have spa; indoor games etc.Lonavala is resort area where our intention was to stay and enjoy hotel facilities and various restaurants.The hotel is still under construction no spa - no indoor or outdoor activities No gym - only 1 restaurant Extremely disappointed both with hotel and hotel.com This hotel should not even have popped in 4-5 star.Hotels.com gave a 2 star hotel .we will not use hotel.com website in future

My husband and I find this hotel a relaxing place, beautiful ambience, good Customer service above all the room is like five star room.
