Not expecting the walford astoria, but we were in a non-smoking room, and I thought we were sleeping in an ashtray the smell was so bad. We didn't even stay the second night. We found friends nearby to stay with. They have four huge dogs, and that awful smell wasn't as bad as the cigarette smell.

Rooms smelled of moldy/musty/smoke, just bad. Dirty linens and towels. Clerk did give a good dinner suggestion. The person next to us had Covid and was isolating there. Did she tell staff? Other side you could smell the smoking and toking with door closed and wow when it opened. Breakfast not bad, but more protein options like eggs and sausage would help.

I left my watch in the room and they sent me the watch and didn’t send the charger. Brilliant.
