Beach front view was amazing very kind and helpful resort staff.
Dexter gets a shout out for his over and beyond service.

Upon arrival the check-in was extremely slow. Since we booked through Expedia we were not treated as regular guest who book directly thru Sandals and yet we paid alot for our stay at Sandals Royal. We were not given the room I paid for.
Which was a hideaway lagoon room away from pool view at the Royals side. Some of the restaurants the food was not what is expected from Sandals. The beach was very rough and not safe. We couldn’t do any of the water activities that were included. Overall not a great all inclusive experience. I will never stay at Sandals again anywhere else. Our experience at the Sandals in Jamaica was much better. Spend ur money somewhere else!!!

We had a wonderful time at Royal Sandals. The staff were friendly and so accommodating. The rooms were clean and on the club level the rooms are updated. The food was ok there is room for improvement in some of the restaurants. The pizza was good just wish they would have that station reopen for late night snacks. The resort grounds were beautifully managed, the only downside was they didn’t clean the beach area. It was full of sargassum. But other then that it is a beautiful resort

It took me a hour and 40 minutes to check in. Don't know why but it happened on top of that the room they put me in the room with broken f*** bed will be back in August. Love ❤️ property, thank you.
