!!!PLEASE READ THIS!!!

The room looked in the pictures was clean and trendy but the reality of room was the worst experience of my life. I have seen three cockroaches bigger than my thumb size and a spider on the bed. The floor was dirty with other's hair and dust. I did not feel safe staying this room from the Covid virus because of the poor hygiene. We booked 3 nights but only stayed one night (it was too late at night so we had no option) and moved out because of these issues. BUT THE PROPERTY OWNER REFUSED TO RESPOND OUR CALL AND REFUND!!! I want to tell to the property owner that there is more important thing than money when you run the business like this.

The place is beautiful just like you see it on the pictures but when going in when it came to cleanness it was terrible. Floor was dirty, area rug was extremely dirty, kitchen had a leak somewhere so when we went in it smelled moldy and there was water on the floor so had to use there towels to dry the floor.. the bathroom floor and under toilet DIRTY. there was no toilet paper and many spiders in the bathroom.
