Avis 6012 Hotel room like in marina

Staff on property was great. Was disappointed to find no microwave or coffee maker in room. Need to invest in a mattress pad and better fitting sheets for bed. We had to fix fitted sheet often through out the night as it would come off mattress. Also, for information purposes, there is a leak from unit above. The stain is directly over the toilet. It is yellow and black.
