It was nice but Hyatt forced us to sign a contract upon arrival that contradicts some of Travelocity’s terms. Terrible first impression. And even though there were many nice things about this property and even though many of the staff were awesome, in net it still felt sub-5-star. 3 or 4 star at best.

I thought the Hotel was really nice. The staff was super friendly. You couldnt ask for a better location. Lots of stuff to do there but we went as a couple and I think the Hotel is better set up for Famlies. The only negative there I thought is that You can never get change for tipping. So if You go there make sure You have plenty of small bills for tipping.

We stayed for 14 days and it was wonderful. Very quiet until the week of Thanksgiving, then it was so busy. Fatima in housekeeping was fantastic every day. Joel in entertainment was funny and kind. And a special shout out to Oscar who was in my opinion one of the hardest working servers around the pool!! He was awesome! Thanks for the amazing memories Dreams!

Instalaciones de primera pero les falta calidad
El hotel es nuevo y tiene muy bonitas instalaciones, el SPA de primer nivel, los restaurantes muy bonitos, comida aceptable, lo único malo son las bebidas, refrescos y agua mineral sin gas en TODOS los bares y restaurantes, usan refrescos grandes para servir en vasos y en ninguna ocasión me sirvieron un refresco decente, la cerveza igual, aparte de que deberían dar la cerveza local PACIFICO dan Tecate y aparte de nosotros escuché a otros huéspedes quejarse de eso, incluso los meseros dicen que todos los huéspedes piden que cambien de marca de cerveza. Otra cosa que no nos gustó que estuvimos esperando en la puerta del hotel como 25 minutos porque el guardia estaba dejando pasar de a 1 solo carro y tardaban mucho en el registro y en dar acceso al área de lobby (no es culpa de el guardia ya que recibía instrucciones en el radio de como iban pasando los carros)

It was a nice hotel, but overall i think the hotel can do better, our room key wouldnt open the door, and they had us waiting outside our room for over an hour, they should have a master key to open the door, instead they had tu unbolt the door to get it, i know it can happen to anybody, but a hotel that fancy should have other Alternatives to opening a door..

The property is new and they have good facilities, spacious, nice rooms, great activities, shows, events, fun for the family. However, it is understaffed, hallways are not cleaned at all, dirt, dead bugs and other disgusting stuff (someone vomitted on the stairs) remained there for days even after we called the front desk and reported it. The food at the restaurants is very good but again they are unsedstaffed so even if they try their hardest the service is very poor. For example there were very long lines at the breakfast stations or food items weren't re-stocked in buffets, and in certain restaurants the service was slow. Also, the wines included are only house wines that are terrible, we bought wine everynight. They were very inflexibe about certain things that were irrelevant (not letting us add a two-top table to a six-seat table to accomadate parents because it was against their brand) while missing the boat on big things (vomit on the stairs for 2 days) or housekeeping was good but missed details (dirty cups left in the room or the room-service bin for days) or poor circulation in the gym). Its not a cheap hotel and has a lot of potential to be worth the money so we hope they get their staffing right otherwise it will be a waste of a property.
