I had a terrible experience in this place. When I arrived I was told they were fully booked yet they still had my confirmation. It was already late at about 19h00 and one lady later say they do have one room left. I slept there for one night and left.

(A) Absolutely NO WIFI....ANYWHERE! Was told politely that the wifi signal in the "top part" is not so strong. #1 Not so stong means there is...a little....but there is nothing. #2 There is only a "top part". (B) The TV does not work, told for several days it would be sorted out. (C) Not told that the unit would be shared. Anywhere. My female colleague had to share a unit with strange men, shared bathroom. She had to lock herself in her room the entire time. (D) Free Toiletries? Maybe paper..thats it. Very Angry...

Yes, true the wi-fi signal was weak, but not absolutely zero!!. Complete lies about toiletries - we always have stocks of them handy!!! Another absolute lie about unit being shared. This info is available on our webpage at Expedia Booking. We made it clear we sell rooms and gave the cost/night of our different room types. We also said we could rent out units, if customer wanted it all to him/herself. We advice that customers read the guest house information on the Expedia Booking website thoroughly before deciding whether the guest house offers would meet their needs before booking.

Hi, Your review refers. I am surprised you're talking of television. We have tv sets in all our rooms and even one with DSTV in each lounge. If the TV set in your room was not working at the time all you needed do was report to the the receptionists for action, not to Expedia!!! What am i missing here here?
