No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment.

Pleasantly Satisfying

The Staff made this two-week stay exceptional. My wife and I tend to be "relational" toward other people we encounter, and encounters with the staff were satisfying in this regard. Not intrusive nor invasive, but genuinely supportive and engaginging, the Staff (plus the cleanliness and overall pleasantness of the facility itself) made our stay at Wash & Wills enjoyable.

Hotel itself was clean, staff could do with some training but very friendly, music was too loud by the pool and breakfast was poor, unless your from Africa and like chicken and potatoes for breakfast but there was eggs and toast so didn’t go without, good hotels are hard to find in this area so all in all it was ok

There wasn't much to like about W&W, it had good bones but is run down. Pool was green. Staff are friendly but need better training.

Hotel is not bad. But there are many mosquites. No information from Expedia, I have requested to pay.
