Exceptionally cold sleep
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe needed a last minute stay on a road trip as we were too tired to continue driving. The price was great but that is about where the positives end. The hotel was hard to find. It is tucked behind a Lowe’s. The interior has damp musty smell. The air conditioner works exceptionally well which normally would be great except the beds only have a top sheet. Absolutely no blankets! Had to resort to using towels as blankets. I certainly hope this was just an oversight from the cleaning staff and not the norm.

We are so sorry about your experience at our hotel. This is not typical at all for us. We do provide clean blankets in all rooms and in your case we made a mistake when cleaning the room prior to your arrival. Again we are so sorry about this. We liked that it was a bit off the main highway so was very quiet. The daytime staff was responsive but the gal at the desk at night was definitely not enthused to do her job. We asked for another towel - 2 people in the room and only 1 towel - she said they were in the dryer and shed have one brought but she didn't.

Very spacious room, there is a small shopping plaza within a walking distance, staff was kind and friendly
